Wow!! Ok, so I have back issues (L4/L5). Had it for years and have always ‘managed’ to get by...not perfect but hey, this is my life now, right? The past few years though have been awful trying to sleep. I took ibuprofen, slept with ice packs, heating pads, pillows under my legs and under my hips and every few hours would be awake because my lower back tightened up.
